Service refunds
Custom software and design work is non-refundable once started, except where Zapmicro Technologies LLP fails to deliver agreed milestones.
Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time. You will be billed for completed work up to the cancellation date.
Milestone payments
Milestone payments are released upon acceptance of deliverables. Disputed milestones are reviewed within 7 business days.
SaaS subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be transferred.
