Services
Zapmicro Technologies LLP provides software development, design, automation, AI and related digital services. Scope, deliverables and timelines are defined per project in a written agreement.
Payments
Projects are billed in milestones or monthly retainers as agreed. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payments may pause work.
Intellectual property
Custom-developed code and designs transfer to the client on full payment. Zapmicro Technologies LLP retains rights to reusable libraries, internal tools and general know-how.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. The client pays for work completed up to the termination date.
